All US orders will be processed and shipped within 1 week.
International orders vary depending on destination.

If you don’t receive a confirmation email within 1 week of ordering, please check your Spam or Promotions folder.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging.

  • You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at support@fashnexa.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

  • Once reviewed and approved, we’ll send return instructions.

  • After we receive the returned item, we will issue a full refund of your original order.

  • We do not offer exchanges. Instead, please reorder the correct size or item after receiving your refund.
