Refunds & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging.

You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at support@fashnexa.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Once reviewed and approved, we’ll send return instructions.

After we receive the returned item, we will issue a full refund of your original order.

We do not offer exchanges. Instead, please reorder the correct size or item after receiving your refund.
